Reservations

Hotel reservations may be made with a credit card by calling 800-445-8667. Don’t forget to take advantage of the special conference rate – mention “ASM.” All reservations should be made by October 1, 2008, to receive the event rate of $159/single or double. All room rates are subject to tax, which is currently 12.5% per room per night. (Tax is subject to change without notice.) Reservations made after this date will be taken on a space-available basis only.

Changes and cancellations should be made three (3) days prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly at 800-445-8667.Please be aware that you may be charged an “early departure” fee if you depart prior to the date reserved. Be sure to plan your stay accordingly.
